Your story still belongs to you and the Recording will belong to Producer. We are grateful for your participation. You permit Ethos CoLab LLC, its agents, successors, assigns, and designees (“Producer”), to record your name, voice, sound effects, statements and story (the "Recording"), edit such Recording as Producer may desire, and incorporate such Recording into a video, photographs, films or print media (collectively, the “Media”). You understand and agree that Producer shall retain final editorial, artistic, and technical control of the Media and the Recording. Producer may use and authorize others to use the Media and the Recording in all markets, manner, formats and media types, whether now known or hereafter developed. At no charge to Producer, Producer shall own the copyright including all right, title and interest in and to the Media and the Recording.
